How the estimator thinks
A room gets denser in steps, not in a straight line.
The planner begins with one primary floral direction per guest table, changes the low/elevated mix according to table style and floral intensity, then adds floor and corner coverage as the room crosses larger size ranges. Focal zones, cocktail areas, ceremony placements, and head-table features layer on top.
Use the result as a design brief—not a final pull list. Venue dimensions and actual sightlines will always matter more than a formula.
